A fast-growing manufacturer in the automated machinery industry is seeking a Lead Automation Technician in the Waco, Texas area. Candidates Must Have:Associate’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field is preferred, not required for this role. 5 years of plant mechanic or service technician experience in an electromechanical manufacturing environment.Demonstrated electrical, robot, and PLC troubleshooting experience. Experience leading and mentoring technicians.Demonstrated experience performing maintenance on electromechanical machines and equipment.Working knowledge of Allen-Bradley and Fanuc robots is preferred for this role.
