- Job Title: Automation Test Lead
- Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
- Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Duration: 3-6+ Months with possible extension
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop test automation strategies
- Implement automated testing strategies, plans, and test cases
- Leverage automation tools to generate test scripts
- Lead creation and execution of automated test suites
- Design repeatable and scalable automated testing methodologies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
- Lead a team of offshore QA automation engineers
- Develop relationships with all stakeholders
- Investigate and report on defects
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Continuously improve QA processes and methodologies
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance
- 3+ years experience in test automation and 2+ years in leadership role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience testing large, complex e-commerce websites
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience with multiple test automation frameworks
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with Agile
- Experience managing a team of offshore test automation engineers.
