Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and assist with basic customer service needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, waiting area, restrooms, and exterior grounds
- Move vehicles safely around the lot and into service bays as needed
- Perform light janitorial and facility maintenance tasks
- Assist technicians and service advisors with general support duties
- Ensure shop appearance meets company standards at all times
- Follow safety procedures and company policies
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as needed
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Basic computer skills (POS systems, scheduling software, email)
- Valid drivers license (required)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs.
- Previous porter, janitorial, or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
