AUTOMOTIVE ACCESSORY INSTALLER
Have a passion for automotive customization? Diesel Pros and DP Conversions is hiring for a position that is totally involved in everything aftermarket. Lift kits to custom wiring jobs, auxiliary lighting installs to custom wheel and tire installation, air bags and compressors to bed-racks, this position revolves around making these vehicles more ready to tackle Montana and beyond.
Were looking for someone that doesnt necessarily thrive in the fast-paced world of an Automotive Technician, but wants to have the opportunity to really show their detailed side with these installs. We need a no BS, do-it-right kind of person as thats what our customers expect of us.
Lets talk Qualifications:
Top level individuals are going to have experience in modifying/repairing vehicles of all shapes and kinds. Experience in the following fields are going to yield top pay, but we will train the right person!
- Suspension work (repair work is key aftermarket helps)
- Steering work
- Light fabrication
- Strong knowledge of 12 volt electrical systems
- Wiring harness formation and installation
- Alignment
- Bumper installation
This position will also involve some B and C level technician work and that work does pay at a technicians scale (can be profitable for you!). This position is also likely to transition into a productive alignment technician role as we grow.and we are growing!
Pay range for this position is $25-40.00 p/hr plus bi-weekly bonuses, end of year bonus, etc. etc.
