Mike Terry Hyundai is actively seeking a motivated, energetic Automotive BDC Representative to join our growing dealership team in Silsbee, Texas. This role is ideal for individuals with strong phone skills, telemarketing experience, or a background in customer engagement who are looking for great pay, a positive work atmosphere, and long-term career growth in the automotive industry.

As a BDC Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers-handling inbound calls and online inquiries, setting showroom appointments, and supporting the sales team by driving traffic and opportunity.

• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to online customer inquiries

• Schedule and confirm sales appointments for the showroom

• Follow up with customers, including missed or "no-show" appointments

• Log customer information accurately in the CRM system

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dealership inventory, products, and promotions

• Provide professional, friendly customer service at all times

• Assist with outbound calls and lead follow-up

• Support dealership sales and marketing efforts as needed

• Strong phone, communication, or telemarketing skills

• Sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, not required)

• Confident, professional, and personable demeanor

• Highly organized and dependable

• Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and the internet

• Coachable and motivated to succeed
