We are seeking a Billing clerk with excellent organizational skills and a winning attitude. This individual will ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold from calculating profits, setting up receivables/liabilities and calculating sales commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensures proper billing of all vehicles sold
- Setting up receivables/liabilities
- Calculating sales commissions
- Payoff trades to lenders
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or problems with the billing process
- Performing incentives
- Other duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of Automotive Billing experience required
- DealerTrack experience a big plus but will train
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Willing to submit a background check
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing incoming and outgoing customer billable payments.
- Responsible for entering all invoices into the computer system in a timely manner and accuracy to ensure accuracy of invoices.
- Responsible for entering all outgoing billable payments into the computer system in a timely manner and accuracy to ensure accuracy of billings.
- Responsible for reconciling all customer accounts at the end of each month.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have knowledge of basic accounting software, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent organizational skills, be detail oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and efficiently with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 per hour
