As a family‑owned and operated dealership with a long standing reputation for integrity and excellence, we are looking for a professional who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while helping clients secure the best financing and protection options available. Position Overview The Finance Specialist is responsible for arranging vehicle financing, presenting protection products, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining strong relationships with lenders and customers. This role is critical to both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability. Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to review and finalize financing and lease options Present and explain aftermarket products (extended service contracts, GAP, maintenance plans, etc.) Work with banks and lenders to secure competitive approvals and terms Ensure all contracts and paperwork are completed accurately and in compliance with state and federal regulations Maintain knowledge of current finance programs, rates, and incentives Provide a transparent, professional, and consultative experience for every client Collaborate closely with the Sales and Accounting teams Qualifications Automotive finance experience preferred (automotive sales experience considered) Strong communication and presentation skills Proven ability to build rapport and close deals Knowledge of compliance regulations and lending practices Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record What We Offer Competitive compensation (base + commission) Medical and dental Paid time off 401(k) plan Supportive team environment If you are motivated, ethical, and committed to delivering an outstanding client experience, we would love to hear from you.
