Mike Terry Hyundai of Silsbee is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Car Porter to join our dealership team. This role is critical in keeping our lot organized, our vehicles presentable, and ensuring a smooth flow of inventory throughout the dealership.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, handles vehicles with care, and understands the importance of professionalism when interacting with customers and staff.

• Move vehicles between display areas, service, storage, and customer pickup points.

• Drive and handle all dealership vehicles safely at all times.

• Track vehicle locations and maintain accurate logs.

• Keep all vehicles clean inside and out.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable dealership lot.

• Run dealership errands as needed (fuel, inspections, parts pickup, etc.).

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as battery changes and fluid top-offs.

• Support the team with miscellaneous tasks to help daily operations run smoothly.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Prior experience as a car porter, lot attendant, or similar role.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus.

• Strong sense of responsibility and respect for valuable property.

• Ability to take accurate notes on vehicle movement and condition.

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
