Position Summary The Maintenance Technician is an entry‑level position that requires you to be an integral part of a fantastic team servicing vehicles. Full and part‑time benefits are available from day one, including tool program discounts. Pay Range: $15.84 - $23.76 Bridgestone is committed to fair and lawful compensation practices. All employees receive pay that meets or exceeds the applicable minimum wage requirements. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair basic automotive systems including brakes, alignments, suspensions, cooling, exhaust, and electrical. Change oil and perform scheduled maintenance services. Install and perform tire maintenance. Install batteries and shock absorbers, and check electrical systems. Road test vehicles. Minimum Qualifications Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Must possess a valid automobile driver’s license at all times and be able to drive customer and company vehicles. Experience in the automotive service industry preferred. Reading, writing, and math skills. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision – Starting day 1 for all teammates. Paid vacation and holidays. On‑the‑job training and company‑funded ASE certifications.
