Job Description
Responsible for the administration and/or coordination of multiple parts and projects. Automotive industry. Microsoft office products, CAD Skills (NX and Teamcenter preferred), Strong problem-solving skills, Effective Communication skills
· Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, identifies and resolves technical problems.
· Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
· Work under general supervision; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager.
- Track and analyze multiple types of data.
- Charting and reporting data.
- Track, chart KPI Targets.
Work directly with manager to track / chart Workorders to ensure on time delivery.
Help order and track departmental inventory for material and consumables.
Utilize and maintain radar charts to identify departmental training progress
Requirements:
- Requires a bachelor's degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in the automobile manufacturing or a related area.
- Demonstrate ability to oversee a small project or phases of a larger project
- Demonstrate ability to define and manage scope, timeline, tasks, and guide resource assignments.
- Demonstrate ability to lead a team effectively on project objectives and activities.
