Holm Automotive Center is seeking a driven, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant / Product Specialist to join our growing team in Salina.

 

If you are competitive, goal-oriented, and passionate about delivering a high-quality customer experience, this is your opportunity to earn strong income with a trusted dealership group. Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but we will train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.

 


 

 

Compensation

 

 

  • Strong annual earning potential

  • Performance bonuses and incentives

  • Monthly and quarterly bonuses

  • Full-time position with long-term career growth

 

 

Top producers can earn above $100,000 annually.

 


 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and used vehicles
  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds and product demonstrations

  • Explain features, trims, technology, safety systems, and manufacturer warranties
  • Build rapport and follow up with prospective buyers via phone, text, and email using CRM tools

  • Work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to financing

  • Maintain strong follow-up processes to convert leads to appointments and appointments to sales

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering a high customer satisfaction rating

  • Maintain product knowledge on new and pre-owned inventory
  • Handle phone leads and inbound sales calls

  • Work directly with walk-in showroom customers

 

 

 


 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • Previous Automotive Sales experience is strongly preferred

  • Strong communication and closing skills

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Self-motivated and performance driven

  • CRM experience is strongly preferred
