Job Details Salary: From $60,000 to $200,000 per year Job Type: Full Time Location: Austinburg, OH 44010 Position Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers, helping them select new and pre-owned vehicles that fit their needs. You will develop your knowledge of our inventory, features, financing options, and services to present vehicles effectively and encourage repeat business. Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain available model options, features, and add-on products Provide information on financing and purchase options following dealership policies Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety guidelines Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining operation, warranty, and service requirements Maintain accurate sales documentation and records Stay informed on vehicle inventory, accessories, financing options, and current promotions Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing education as required Perform other duties as assigned Equal Opportunity Employer Victory Honda of Austinburg is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Job Requirement: High school diploma or GED Valid, unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record Professional, dependable, and able to work independently Strong focus on customer service and safety Basic computer and internet skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
