Job Details Salary: $40,000 to $100,000 per year, based on experience Job Type: Full-Time Location: Austinburg, OH 44010 Position Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for sales. This role requires someone who is knowledgeable or willing to learn about our vehicles, financing options, and services to effectively assist customers in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles. Responsibilities Assist customers with vehicle selection by promoting model options, features, value-added products, and financing options in accordance with dealership policies Conduct vehicle test drives while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Facilitate vehicle delivery by clearly explaining vehicle features, warranty coverage, and service requirements Maintain accurate and timely sales documentation Negotiate and close sales in a professional and ethical manner Stay up to date with product knowledge, financing options, and current promotions Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and ongoing educational programs as required Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations Work Environment Victory Toyota of Ashtabula County offers a professional, drug-free, and non-smoking workplace with a strong emphasis on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED Valid and unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record Previous sales experience is preferred but not required Professional, dependable, and able to work independently to achieve goals Strong focus on safety and customer service Basic computer and internet skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and strong work ethic Ability to read and understand instructions clearly
