Responsibilities:

  • Helps clients with vehicle selection, promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies
  • Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion
  • Helps facilitate delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle features, operation, warranty, and servicing requirements
  • Maintains accurate sales documentation
  • Experience using a CRM- Preferably CDK a plus.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions
  • Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:

Requirements

  • New or Used Car sales experience a plus
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, coworkers, management, and others
  • Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
  • Must have an excellent attendance record and a commitment to being on time
  • Must have a valid and clean NY state driver's license
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Experience using a CRM- Preferably CDK
