As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will play a key role in communicating with customers about their vehicle's service needs, ensuring they receive exceptional care and support throughout the service experience.
Your primary focus will be on building relationships with customers, understanding their concerns, and providing accurate recommendations based on thorough inspections. You will work closely with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and quality service and address any inquiries or issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Document customer concerns and vehicle service needs accurately.
- Communicate service options and recommendations clearly to customers.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians for timely repairs.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of service history and customer interactions.
- Assist with resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or in a related automotive field preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and service processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building customer relationships.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with automotive software.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
