This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who can manage the lane, build trust, increase RO averages, and keep workflow moving efficiently from write-up to delivery.

Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
Act as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians
Accurately document customer concerns and repair descriptions
Consult with technicians regarding repair needs and cost-effective alternatives
Provide clear estimates and realistic timelines
Sell maintenance and recommended services with integrity
Schedule appointments and manage daily workflow
Communicate repair updates and vehicle pick-up times
Explain warranty coverage and service protections
Ensure all services and costs are clearly explained before delivery
Process payments and close repair orders properly
Maintain strong CSI and repeat business relationships
Coordinate parts ordering to ensure availability

Previous Service Advisor experience preferred
Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair processes
Proven ability to increase gross and manage multiple repair orders
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with dealership management software
Organized, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license
