Conklin Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our dedicated service team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers when they bring their vehicles in for maintenance and repair. Your role is vital in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our customers, as you will assess their needs, recommend services, and communicate with our technicians to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
  • Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
  • Prepare estimates, invoices, and necessary paperwork for services rendered
  • Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Stay informed on promotional offerings and product knowledge to enhance customer experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive knowledge is preferred
  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in computer systems and software, including service management tools
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
