The Opportunity As Automotive Service Manager, you will lead the daily operations of the shop while working directly with customers and the team to drive performance. This is a working manager role, meaning you will actively help present and sell repairs, guide service advisors, and ensure the shop meets its sales and customer service goals. You will help drive: Customer satisfaction Sales performance Shop productivity Operational efficiency Team development You won’t just be managing a shop.
