Automotive Service Manager – Genesis Cadillac of St. Clair Shores Location: St. Clair Shores, MI Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM Are you a driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and team performance? Genesis Cadillac of St. Clair Shores — a seven-time winner of the Detroit Free Press Top Workplace award — is seeking anAutomotive Service Managerto lead our high-performing service department. As one of a top Cadillac dealerships in Metro Detroit and amultiple award-winning dealership, we pride ourselves on excellence, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. What You’ll Do: Manage daily operations of the service department to ensure customer satisfaction and profitability Lead, coach, and develop a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff Ensure high levels of efficiency, productivity, and quality of work across the department Monitor and meet departmental goals in CSI, sales, and service volume Communicate clearly with customers and team members to create a smooth, professional experience Maintain compliance with all dealership and manufacturer policies What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a Service Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive industry Strong knowledge of automotive service processes and best practices Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Customer-focused mindset with a drive for operational excellence Experience with Cadillac or GM brands is a plus Tekion experience preferred What We Offer: Excellent Earning Opportunity with a salary and commission based pay plan Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision starting day one of employment 401(k) with a 5% match Paid time off and holidays Career advancement opportunities in a reputable, growing dealership A professional, supportive, and award-winning workplace culture Join a dealership that values its employees as much as its customers.
