This position is responsible for the development and delivery of comprehensive technical training programs. The goal is to elevate the knowledge and performance of our dealer Service Technicians, Service Advisors, and Warranty Personnel.About the opportunityPerform a comprehensive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to accurately identify skill and knowledge gaps across Technicians, Foremen, and Service Advisors.Design and develop engaging and technically accurate training modules and materials based directly on the results of the TNA.Prepare, execute, and monitor detailed training plans that are strategically aligned with the Training Academy’s objectives and overall business targets.Facilitate and deliver technical training sessions for Service Technicians and other dealer After Sales Support Personnel. Provide expert on-site/in-dealer coaching, mentoring, and practical, real-time guidance, focusing specifically on advanced vehicle diagnosing and troubleshooting techniques.Manage all aspects of training logistics, including the timely preparation and distribution of necessary training materials, tools, and technical resources to ensure successful delivery. Coordinate and collaborate with the After-Sales Technical Department to track and improve Dealer Technical Performance and ensure technical training effectiveness.QualificationsA graduate of BS Automotive Engineering or any related coursesPreferably with at least 3 years of experience as a Dealer Technical Lead and a year as a Dealer In-house TrainerWork experience in an automotive distributorship is an advantageMust possess advanced vehicle diagnosing skillsKnowledgeable on new vehicle technology (Experience working on EV, PHEV, and Hybrid vehicles is an advantage)Proficient in using MS Office ApplicationsWilling to work in Calamba, Laguna, and may do field work as neededPreferably with a valid and active Driver's License
