Core Responsibilities:

We are accepting applicants with different levels of experience, ranging from technicians to master mechanics. Those with more experience and knowledge will qualify for a higher-level role. In this role, you will complete a wide range of repairs.

• Advanced Diagnostics & Troubleshooting:

  • Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues using advanced scan tools, oscilloscopes, and multimeters.

  • Interpret data from OEM diagnostic software and repair databases.

  • Pinpoint intermittent and hard-to-find problems that others can’t solve.

  • Must be able to work on both foreign and domestic vehicles

• Comprehensive Vehicle Repairs:

  • Perform major repairs, including engine overhauls, cylinder head replacements, and internal engine repairs.

  • Conduct transmission diagnostics, service, and replacements.

  • Repair advanced electrical systems, including modules, sensors, and CAN networks.

  • Perform suspension, steering, and brake system repairs, including ABS, traction control, and active suspension systems.

  • Handle A/C and HVAC diagnostics and repair, including electronic climate control systems.

• Preventive Maintenance & Routine Service:

  • Perform oil changes, fluid flushes (brake, power steering, transmission, coolant), belt and hose replacements, and filter services.

  • Conduct pre-purchase inspections, multi-point inspections, and safety checks.

  • Mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform wheel alignments.

• Leadership & Mentorship:

  • Support and be a mentor

• Customer Interaction & Reporting:

  • Communicate findings and repair recommendations clearly to service advisors.

  • Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all diagnostics and repairs.

  • Occasionally interact with customers to explain issues when needed.

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Technician Certification preferred but not required.

• Proven experience in an Automotive Tech or Mechanic role

• Deep knowledge of all major vehicle systems: engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, electrical, fuel, and emissions.

• Proficiency with OEM and aftermarket diagnostic tools (e.g., Snap-On, Autel, OEM software).

• Proven track record of successful major repair and diagnostic work.

• Experience with welding preferred and will be compensated as such

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

• Must have your own tools

• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
