You may wonder how "Flag hour" works. It is a simple system that rewards techs who work fast and accurate. You are paid for the hours the job pays to complete. During the interview I will explain and give examples.

Your next question is, "Okay, but does the shop have the work?" We have been at this location for just under 4 years and have been booked 2 weeks out the entire time. You can google us and our reputation speaks for itself.

1. We are looking for a solid flag hour tech. The ability to flag 30-40+ per week will pay very well.

A skilled, honest A level technician will easily be able to flag 50+ hours a week here. We are looking for a "next ticket up" type of tech who is looking to make an excellent living while not taking away from their family's evenings and weekends. We are an extremely low drama shop and we protect that religiously.

We provide access to All Data, Identifix and two up to date scanners, as well as dealership programming capability.

2. NO SATURDAYS OR SUNDAYS!!!

3. We are a 100% drug free work environment and will randomly test all employees quarterly to protect our healthy environment.
