Are you tired of the cluttered, poorly lit workspaces and a lack of training opportunities?ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive automotive diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including powertrain and electrical systems.Utilize hand and power tools to conduct vehicle maintenance and alignments.Provide exceptional customer service by communicating repair needs and solutions effectively.Stay updated with industry advancements, including ADAS and diesel engine repair techniques.Ensure all work complies with ASE certification standards and dealership protocols. QualificationsTechnicians who are ASE certified (preferred but not required to start).Positive and self-motivated individuals.Team players with a growth mindset who seek a fulfilling automotive career rather than just a job.Individuals who excel in organized and clean work practices, are comfortable with auto repair, and eager to keep learning. Preferred SkillsExperience with ADAS and diesel engine repair techniques. Pay range and compensation packagePay: $140,000.00 per year.Competitive Pay Plans: Paid 50hr -70hr is standard in our 40hr work week ($140K + earning potential).A-Techs earn $2 more an hour for every 5 hours over 40 hours.
