$30 to $60/Flat Rate (Based on Experience)
Earning Potential up to $130k a year (Based on Experience)
About the Role
We're hiring Automotive Technicians with 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in independent automotive repair shops. In this role, you'll perform high-quality repairs, accurately diagnose issues, and contribute to a productive, efficient shop environment that values craftsmanship and accountability.
Position Details
Full-Time | In-Person
Six Days Per Week (Based on Workload)
Scheduling coordinated with your Shop Manager
Saturdays may be required based on workload
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Accurately diagnose vehicle issues and perform repairs efficiently
Complete routine maintenance: oil changes, brakes, tires, suspension, and engine repairs
Clearly communicate diagnostic findings to Service Advisors
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and safety regulations
Stay current with training, tools, and certifications
What We're Looking For
3–5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician in an independent shop
ASE certifications preferred, but not required
Strong diagnostic skills and solid repair knowledge
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to continuous improvement
Experience using modern diagnostic tools and shop software
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
