Title: Video Operations Technician
Location: Mclean, VA
Duration: 8 Months
Required Skills
- Dedicated Video Bridge Operator to support high visibility support incidents
- Software/Equipment to support includes Crestron, Zoom, PolyCom and Windows10
- Coordinate with Event and Exec support teams for equipment pre-checks and quality control of events
- Ability to coordinate with customers and assist with Audio, Video Conferencing, Touch Panels, and deskside involving Unified Communications
- Effectively communicate with team members and customers while being influential on new ideas and processes.
Must Haves:
- Punctual
- Self-Driven
- Video Conference setup exp in Office and Conference rooms
- Need to work on Executive Desktops for Video conference set up
- 5 years in A/V experience preferably in a corporate environment (office & conference room hardware, boardroom video meetings)
- Polycom or Crestron Solutions hardware is strongly preferred (must have all the soft skills if they aren't familiar)
- White glove service
- Experience dealing with executives a plus great communication skills
