Innovative, Secure, and Outcome-Based Solutions Job Summary: A(n) AV/VTC Technician job in Joint Base Andrews, MD is currently available through Belcan at one of our key defense clients. To be considered for this role, you will have a Security + certification and 2-5 years of relevant experience. Job Duties: Performs troubleshooting of VTC and conference room equipment and executes repair or initiates trouble ticket to appropriate office for support of components and connections external to the site VTC system. Performs routine testing to ensure VTC and other conference room equipment, computer servers, and workstations are operating at optimal performance and capacity. Resolves system operational problems by troubleshooting and performing fault isolations. Schedules AV/VTC sessions, maintains a call schedule and coordinates reservations and scheduling of AV/VTC services. Performs setups, tests, adjustments, operations, and shutdowns of equipment in support of AV/VTC sessions. Provides client consulting and training on control, interfaces, and use of the audio/visual and VTC equipment. Required Qualifications: Experience in AV system maintenance/repair including but not limited to cable termination, reading drawings, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and customer interaction. 2-5 years experience. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: AA Degree. Compensation: We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $70,000-$75,000.
