First Division Consulting is hiring a(n) Chief/Analyst/Instructor to provide instruction and leadership in Aviation C2 Systems, ensuring personnel are prepared for operational requirements.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Conduct training on Aviation C2 Systems and their applications.
• Develop and maintain course content.
• Support training exercises as an aviation subject matter expert.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance is Required.
• Expertise in Aviation C2 Systems and operations.
• Instructional experience in military aviation systems preferred.
• Must be a US citizen.

Physical Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required.
• Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
