Overview:
Tinker Federal Credit Unions Human Resources department has an immediate opening for an AVP/Manager, Total Rewards! As the AVP/Manager, Total Rewards you will be responsible for the following:
  • Leading the Total Rewards/HR Support Services team of Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and HRIS, providing daily management, training, development, direction, and performance management to ensure goals and organizational needs are met.
  • Driving continuous improvement in all Total Rewards processes to deliver employee-centric programs and improve key performance indicators.
  • Making data-informed recommendations that improve the employee experience in the Total Rewards function.

Salary Range:
The salary range starts at $155,486 annually; however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.

Education/Experience
:
You must have a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field and eight years of combined and related compensation, benefits, payroll, HRIS, and total rewards experience, with one year being at a supervisory, lead, and/or senior level. PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP designation is required.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for on year of education.

Keys to success:
In order to be successful as the AVP/Manager, Total Rewards, you must possess these qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation, benefits, and HRIS and how each discipline interconnects with the other.
  • Proficient leadership skills.
  • Strong accountability, problem solving and innovative thinking.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Project management skills and a high sense of urgency, with ability to track and lead concurrent project timelines, resource allocations, and critical milestones.
  • Ability to toggle between strategic and tactical with a willingness to \"roll up your sleeves\".
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use data and create reports to drive business outcomes.
