Key Responsibilities:Provide L2 support for Windows Server & Linux environmentsManage and troubleshoot AWS workloads (EC2, S3, EBS, SSM, CloudWatch)Handle incidents, performance issues, and system outagesSupport network configurations (VPC, subnets, security groups, NLB)Perform patching, automation, and system hardeningWork closely with cloud, network, and security teamsKey Requirements:Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Windows / Linux administration and at least 2+ years of cloud operations experience (AWS preferred).Experience managing Windows workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including EC2, S3, IAM, Azure VMs, and Compute Engine.Strong troubleshooting and scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash)Good understanding of networking & cloud architectureExperience in enterprise or regulated environments is a plus .
