Job Summary:
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of key AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, Lambda) to support insurance and financial services operations.
- Support senior engineers in building and managing cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation) in compliance with company standards.
- Help maintain secure and compliant AWS environments, adhering to industry-specific requirements such as data retention, encryption, and logging.
- Monitor cloud resources and assist in troubleshooting performance or access issues to support critical business systems (customer service, underwriting, claims).
- Participate in CI/CD workflows to deploy and automate internal applications supporting business operations.
- Contribute to detailed documentation for audits, incident reviews, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure proper resource tagging, access controls, and adherence to standards.
- Actively pursue cloud knowledge development through mentorship and structured training opportunities.
