Job Title: Senior AWS Cloud Expert

Location: San Diego, California, USA

Work Model: Candidate needs to work onsite for 2 weeks every month

Duration: 12 Months with extension

• We are looking for a candidate who can work without any supervision.
• Candidate needs to work onsite in San Diego, CA for 2 weeks every month.
• Visa Independents only.
• 10+ relevant experience

• 10+ years extensive hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting and managing large-scale production cloud environments.
• Expertise with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps tools, containers, and cloud automation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong expertise in AWS infrastructure provisioning and cloud environment management.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA for 2 weeks every month.
• Visa-independent work authorization.

AWS Cloud Services and Architecture

• Experience provisioning and configuring AWS infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud environment management.

Cloud Security and Governance

• Strong knowledge of cloud security.
• Experience managing cloud resources, access, security, and governance.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud access, configuration, networking, and security issues.

Infrastructure as Code and Automation

• Experience automating infrastructure deployments.
• Experience with cloud automation.
• Experience creating and maintaining repeatable infrastructure provisioning processes.

DevOps, CI/CD and Containers

• Experience with CI/CD.
• Experience with DevOps tools.
• Experience with containers.
• Experience integrating infrastructure deployment and cloud automation with CI/CD processes.

Monitoring and Production Support

• Experience monitoring cloud performance, availability, and cost.
• Experience supporting maintenance and upgrades.
• Experience supporting and resolving production incidents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Communication and Independence

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to support cloud environments without continuous supervision.

Position-Specific Focus

• Managing cloud resources, access, security, and governance.
• Monitoring performance, availability, and cost.
• Supporting maintenance, upgrades, and production incidents.

Location and Availability

• Based in West Coast or local or California is highly preferred.
