Location: Tuba City, AZ 86045

Assignment Start Date: 1/13/2025

13 weeks | Nights | 10-Hour Shift | 40 hours weekly

This position provides specialized diagnostic and therapeutic medical services on an inpatient and outpatient basis in the areas of Internal Medicine, Family Practice, Pediatrics, General and Orthopedic Surgery, Anesthesiology, Radiology, Urology, Optometry/Ophthalmology, Psychiatry, Ear/Nose/Throat (ENT). The purpose of this position is to serve as the Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist and is responsible for the technical operation of Computerized Axial Tomography equipment and the processing of radiographic film.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of (3) three years of CT Technologist experience.
• Must have expertise in operating teleradiology and fax equipment.

Education:

• Must have completed radiology training from an AMA-approved School of Radiology

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must have and maintain a current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Must possess a current valid Arizona State License in Radiology (R)
• Must possess a current ARRT Certification in Radiology, with advanced qualifications in CT Scan (RT)(CT)

EMR System: Allscripts experience preferred

Shift: Monday through Thursday 4/10s (8P-6A)

Orientation: Every two (2) weeks only

COVID EXEMPTIONS: COVID-19 vaccination is MANDATORY and workers must be fully vaccinated 2 weeks before the start date. Declination is considered for Medical reasons ONLY with appropriate documentation and is subject to confirmation & review.

FINGERPRINTING: must be submitted and cleared before start. ** REQUIRED **

EQUIPMENT: GE scanners; we have an Optima and a Revolution in CT. Our x-ray equipment is also GE.
