We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide high-quality perioperative care in a diverse, high-acuity surgical environment. The OR RN will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to perioperative patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes.

The nurse will function as a circulating nurse across multiple specialties and is encouraged to develop scrubbing experience. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical judgment, and readiness to respond to emergency cases, including varied and on-call hours.

• Provide perioperative nursing care using the nursing process

• Circulate across multiple surgical specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, OB/GYN, General Surgery, Ophthalmology, and Dental

• Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and sterile fields

• Assist surgical teams during procedures

• Monitor patient status and safety throughout surgical procedures

• Maintain infection control and safety standards

• Participate in emergency and on-call surgical cases

• Accurately document patient care and clinical activities

• Active RN license (any U.S. state license accepted)

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

• Minimum 2 years of clinical and/or operating room experience

• Current certifications:

  • BLS (AHA)

  • ACLS (AHA)

  • PALS (within 6 months of hire)

  • NIH Stroke Scale (within 6 months of hire)

  • TNCC (within 2 years of hire)

  • CNOR (within 1 year of hire)

• Ability to work on-call, odd hours, and emergency cases

• Strong teamwork and communication skills
