Az Physical Therapist Pt Days Float Apply
Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for a Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Globe, AZ, 85501
Assignment Start Date: 12/9/2024
6 weeks | Days | 8/10-Hour shift | 40 Hours per week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please get in touch with a recruiter for full details.We need a Physical Therapist who can help with both inpatient and outpatient therapy sessions.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient-inpatient experience preference
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted Physical Therapist license from any U.S. State or Territory
- BLS/BCLS is required
EMR System: Knowledge/experience preferred
Shift: Days + Float
Vaccination Requirement: ***FLU VACCINE: Is required- NO exceptions
Radius Mile: ***100 MILE RADIUS RULE* We will not accept a traveler who has a perm address within 100 miles of our hospital.
** RTO: No more than 3 days may be requested per 13-week contract
** Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week assignment and guaranteed hours will not apply
