Assignment Start Date: 3/3/2025
13 weeks | Days | 8/10-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

Experience:
- SNF experience preferred
- New Grad is okay.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- Must have a current and unencumbered License to practice as a PTA in the State of AZ

Vaccinations: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
