Az Radiation Therapist Oncology Days Wknds Apply
Position: Radiation Therapist - Oncology
Start Date: 1/13/2025
Duration: 13 weeks
Location: Sun City, AZ, 85351
Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, 8
Shift Notes: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM/40 hours schedule/32 hours guaranteed/The client is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week/Must be willing to float to units where experienced
Weekend Requirements: Weekend schedule to be determined by facility
On-Call Requirements: On-call schedule to be determined by facility
COVID-19/FLU Requirement: Flu vaccination - client declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms) **Please add vaccination status in the submission notes**
Traveler Policy: The facility will not consider any traveler residing within 50 miles of the hospital.

- Learning modules must be completed before the start of the assignment.
- Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
- Client or Vendor may cancel an Assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
** The client will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.

The client has a specific cover page! PLEASE vet all locations to the travelers and add all experienced departments candidates are willing to ACCEPT/work in. This helps us get candidates presented quicker as we all know these orders open/close quickly!
This form needs to be 100% accurate and have all requests noted in the highlights section.
- Start Date should be on or very quickly after the Order Start Date listed.
- All RTO should be listed on the cover page, and must be less than 7 days.
- RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or holidays.
- All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed on the submission.
- If interested in "any" location, please include what states (I.E. Any AZ, Any CO, Any state, etc.)
- All shifts the traveler is open to working on should be listed on the submission.
- All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked on the cover page.
- All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.
- Please let us know if the traveler withdraws or is no longer available.
- 24 months minimum of current Radiation Therapy experience - REQUIRED
- Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION - REQUIRED
- No Nursys Hits - REQUIRED
- Travel experience - Preferred
