Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has openings for an RN - Emergency Room. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Assignment Start Date: 1/13/2025
16 weeks | Varied | 12-hour shift | 36 hours/week guaranteed
The Estimated Weekly Total is based on working the listed number of hours per week and includes available stipend amounts. Please contact a recruiter for full details.Emergency Department consists of 11-bed Main ED, 6-bed ED Fast Track, and 7-bed ED Observation Unit. All ED nurses are expected to rotate through each of these areas regularly. In addition, nurses are assigned to Triage, Quick Registration, Covid Tent, and Entry Screening. Nurses can expect to be assigned a different area at a minimum daily and may be rotated during their shift, depending on the patient volume and needs of the unit.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have a minimum of (2) two years of recent ED RN experience.
- Must have completed at least one travel assignment.
- May be assigned to assist with COVID testing and/or immunization clinics as needed.
Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:
- An active, unrestricted AZ State RN license is required.
- Must have American Heart Association BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC are required.
EMR System: RPMS experience preferred
Shift: 12 hours-shift (Night-Shift) assigned after arrival, but flexible to take other shifts, as needed. Night-shift positions with a maximum of one (1) week RTO, if needed Holiday RTOs will be limited due to staffing needs. Shifts may change during the contract and one may need to cover the day shift or mid-shift as the facility relies heavily on contractors so as one leaves someone's shift may change to accommodate their staffing needs. The schedule is typically 7 on, 7 off with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be task-oriented such as answering call lights, phones, etc.

Orientation: On Mondays only - If your traveler misses the compliance deadline, they will pushed to the following Monday. Business casual/scrubs are ok.
