Mobile Health Team Inc., a staffing agency has an opening for an RN Cardiovascular Operating Room/Circulation & Scrub. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85016

Assignment Start Date: 9/23/2024

13 weeks | Varies | 8-to-10-hour shift | 40 hours with 36 hours guaranteed weekly

This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health by utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patient and family to adhere to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience as an RN is required.
• Must have at least 1 year of pediatric surgery/OR/Circulator experience.

Education:

• Must have a two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
• BSN preferred.

Licenses, Certifications, and/or Registration:

• Must have a current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law before the start date.
• Must have a current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
• Must have a current PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
• CNOR Preferred.

EMR System: experience preferred

Shift: 6:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. or 6:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. with varying days, with call

Vaccinations: COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required from October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved before starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season
