Azure Admin Terraform Apply
Job Title: Azure Admin (Terraform) (US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, networks, storage accounts, and other Azure services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and management.
- Design, deploy, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the security and availability of Azure resources.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of infrastructure with application deployments.
- Maintain Azure Active Directory, RBAC, and policy-based access control to ensure compliance with security standards.
- Optimize cost management and monitor resource usage to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.
- Stay updated on the latest Azure services, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience as a Cloud Administrator or Azure Administrator with a focus on infrastructure management.
- Experience with Terraform for provisioning and managing infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Azure services such as VMs, VNETs, Storage Accounts, Load Balancers, Azure AD, and App Services.
- Experience with PowerShell, CLI, or Python scripting for automation and infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps for integrating infrastructure deployments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues.
- Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect).
- Experience with Kubernetes or Docker for containerized workloads on Azure.
- Experience in Azure Policy, Security Center, and Cost Management tools.
- Knowledge of Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for additional configuration management.
- Experience with Azure Sentinel, Log Analytics, and monitoring tools for cloud security.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
