Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Engineer 4 to join our team for a mission critical project. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Azure AI resources, cloud migrations, patching, backup/recovery, and production support. This role requires hands on technical leadership and the ability to work across multiple frameworks and technologies in a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide on implementing AI resources in Azure.
• Implement, monitor, and maintain Azure environments.
• Perform regular patching and updates to ensure system security and stability.
• Oversee backup operations and recovery processes in mission critical environments.
• Plan and execute cloud migrations, moving workloads from on premises to the cloud.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues for production applications.
• Utilize SCCM & SCOM for automated patch management and deployment.
• Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery (DR) plans to minimize downtime and prevent data loss.
• Work across multiple frameworks/technologies, including .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance and security using tools such as Tenable for vulnerability remediation.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years guiding and implementing AI resources in Azure.
• 8+ years implementing, monitoring, and maintaining Azure environments.
• 10+ years of experience in:
  • System patching and updates.
  • Backup/recovery in mission critical environments.
  • Cloud migrations (on premises cloud).
  • Production application support.
  • SCCM & SCOM usage.
• Strong networking knowledge (OSI layers, protocols).
• Experience with security tools (e.g., Tenable).
• Proven track record in Disaster Recovery planning.

Nice to Have Certifications

• Microsoft certifications: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Networking certifications: Network+, CCNA.
