Cloud Management and Support - 5+ Years

DevOps 8+

CosmosDB, MongoDB 5+ Years

Grafana - 3+ Years

Good To have Skills Python/Go- 7+ Years

Mandatory Skills: Azure, DevOps, Postman, ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Cosmos DB, Mongo DB

Optional Skills: Automation & scripting experience (Shell, Python)

7-10 years of Experience

Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenance and support

Should have strong knowledge in Azure Cloud

Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab etc.

Excellent skills on analyzing, identifying, troubleshooting and rectifying application, infrastructure issues

Should be able to do hands-on with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.

Experience in tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Grafana etc.

Experience in Cosmos DB and Mongo DB

Ability to Lead a team of 10-15 members

Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles

Experience in API test tools such as Postman, Swagger

Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management

Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus

Write automation scripts based on business requirements

Excellent communication skills

Knowledge in Agile/Kanban
