Job Title: B2B E-Commerce Specialist – LG Electronics BeneluxLocation: Amstelveen, NetherlandsAbout the jobThe B2B E-Commerce Specialist (Benelux) is responsible for the digital transformation of our B2B sales channel. This role moves beyond "Order Management" to Platform Adoption. The goal is to migrate toward our digital E-Commerce platform, improving supply chain transparency, reducing administrative overhead, and maximizing "Share of Wallet" within our partner network.To own the end-to-end digital interface between LG Electronics and our retail/distribution partners across Benelux. You will be the "Product Owner" of the E-Commerce portal, ensuring it is the preferred vehicle for all commercial transactions, product information downloads, and after-sales support.What you’ll doDigital Migration & Adoption: Transition dealers from phone/email ordering to the E-Commerce platform.B2B Catalog Management: Ensure the portal reflects real-time B2B pricing, volume rebates, and technical specifications tailored to the Benelux marketProcess Optimization: Analyse and improve to ensure a frictionless procurement experience.Create Platform Feature RoadmapsAnalytics & Reporting: Monitor "Active User" metrics and "Basket Composition" to provide the Sales team with actionable insights on user behavior.What you must haveExperience: 5+ years in B2B E-commerce, Trade Marketing, or Sales Operations.Systems knowledge: Deep familiarity with SAP (or similar ERP) and B2B portal architecture.Understanding of Professional Buyer BehaviorCommunication skills: Ability to translate complex supply chain constraints into clear, professional digital communications.
