What Youll Actually Do
- Live in the field:
- Visit plumbing companies, property managers, insurance offices, adjusters, real estate brokers, etc.
- Be in their face (in a good way) on a consistent schedule
- Visit plumbing companies, property managers, insurance offices, adjusters, real estate brokers, etc.
- Turn Nice to meet you into:
- Steady referrals
- Texts that say: Got a job for you
- Steady referrals
- Drop off marketing materials and follow up like a professional, not a pest
- Set up:
- Breakfasts & Lunches
- Office presentations
- Ride-alongs / shop visits with key partners
- Breakfasts & Lunches
- Track:
- Whos sending us work
- Whos slowing down
- Who needs a push
- Whos sending us work
- Work directly with ownership and project managers to close the loop from referral inspection job sold
Who This Job Is For

Schedule
- Full-time, mostly MondayFriday
- Some early mornings or occasional after-hours visits when it makes sense
