B2B Sales Account Representative Apply
The B2B Sales Account Representative is responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the successful execution of projects. This role involves both sales-related activities and project management, inside and outside of an office setting, to ensure that client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through research, networking, and outreach.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Collaborate with clients to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Create and maintain project schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Resource Management: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to allocate and manage resources effectively. Procure
- necessary materials and equipment as needed.
- Quality Control: Implement and enforce quality control measures to meet or exceed project specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards.
- Budget Management: Monitor project expenses and maintain budgetary control.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate budget overruns.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Maintain safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
- Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Keep records of all project-related correspondence and decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and in-house staff. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School degree
- Project management experience
- Proven work record of meeting sales goals
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) is a plus
- Strong knowledge of the industry, products, or services being offered.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Effective communication and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.
- Safety certifications and training are preferred.
