City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. If you are confident in your ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals while delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. This role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and the opportunity to grow within a company recognized as a leader in the building maintenance industry.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients.
  • Manage the full sales process: schedule appointments, understand client needs, create proposals, and deliver presentations.
  • Overcome objections and win new clients by presenting tailored solutions.
  • Maintain and grow a strong prospect pipeline, consistently achieving sales metrics.
  • Utilize and manage CRM systems to accurately track all client interactions.
  • Oversee project delivery to ensure completion of scope through independent contractors.
  • Collaborate with the team and leadership to support sales initiatives.


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience; construction industry or trades experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Project or construction management experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow a defined sales process.
  • Experience in a short sales cycle with strong closing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office, including Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in presentations and one-on-one meetings.
  • Outgoing, dynamic personality with a strong client-focused approach.
  • Prior sales training is a plus.
