Job Description:

• Scope and stage large projects into actionable and well-defined milestones.
• Provide technical or process acumen in at least one area of specialty and lead design sessions on the team.
• Understand and communicate effectively about the tradeoffs between technical, analytical, and product needs.
• Effectively communicate engineering design strategies related to scale, performance, security, and usability.
• Set a consistent example of agile practices, reliability, application support, and coach other engineers.

Interview Process Overview:

• 15 minutes screening interview followed by a second interview for top qualified candidates.
• Second interview: 1-hour Teams/online interview with 2 interviewers.
