Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled back-end developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in server-side web application logic and integration. You will be responsible for writing the web services and APIs used by front-end developers and mobile application developers. This role requires a deep understanding of how to work with high-scale databases and architectural systems.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain scalable server-side applications using optimal and efficient technologies, frameworks, and patterns.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement security and data protection strategies.
- Design and implement data storage solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews and help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Provide technical leadership and support to other team members.
- Stay informed of emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Back End developer.
- Strong knowledge of back-end programming languages like Java, Python, Ruby, .NET, JavaScript (Node.js).
- Experience with CMS framework.
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, and CSS).
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Familiarity with development aiding tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
- Experience with user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
- Understanding of "session management" in a distributed server environment.
