Back End Python Developer

This role is instrumental in building and enhancing our platform to ensure we consistently deliver high value to our users and business partners. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend software in collaboration with fellow engineers. Participate in system design and architectural discussions. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform-wide issues. Work cross-functionally with customer success, support, and business stakeholders to achieve company goals. Introduce new technologies, tools, or frameworks when beneficial. Skills and qualifications 5+ years developing high‑performance distributed systems with strong coding standards and engineering practices. Expert in Python with deep computer science fundamentals. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) required. Knowledge of Java is a plus. Proven problem‑solving skills and the ability to propose solutions‑not just surface issues. Able to lead projects end‑to‑end with autonomy and accountability.
