- Primary skills Proven experience as a Backend Developer with Python as the primary language. Strong understanding of backend development concepts, microservices architecture, and RESTful API design. Hands-on experience with GCP services (Google Cloud Functions, App Engine, Cloud Storage, etc.). Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Big Query. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience working with version control (Git), Agile methodologies, and modern development tools. Secondary skills Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes). Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably in a cloud environment. Familiarity with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architecture. Knowledge of serverless architecture and microservices.
