Unit Information: C200 Progressive Care Location: Catholic Medical Center Address: 100 McGregor St., Manchester, NH 03102 Floor: C Building: Catholic Medical Center General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 10 Number of Staff Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge, 2 RN, 1LNA , and sitter PRN o Night Shift - 1 charge, 2 RN s, 1 LNA s, and sitter PRN Patient Ratios 3-4:1 Type of equipment IV pumps, Telemetry monitors, hoyer/ stand lifts, bladder scanner, Bair hugger, rapid transfuser, chest tubes, vein finder, high flow nasal cannula, BiPAP/ CPAP, epicardial and transvenous pacers EMR Sunrise Patient Population Mostly Cardio-Thoracic and Vascular surgical Pts, with occassional medical Progressive care patients Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. cardio thoracic post op surgery experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Experience with cardiac drips like dobutamine, dopamine, and Levo External pace maker experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Pericardialcentesis with drains left in place post-precedure Thoracentesis Chest tube insertion Best personality Fit: Organized but easily adaptable REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: ACLS, BLS Floating Area(s): Progressive Care and telemetry Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - N/A Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
